Job Description & Responsibilities

Operate as a lead point of contact for matters specific to the development work of key accounts, stipulated by the organization. This includes negotiating contracts and agreements, putting in place a business plan for each target account.
This role focuses on having to oversee and develop key accounts, sometimes in collaboration with the sales team of each region/area/market segment.
Conduct and manage activities plan for trade fairs, key customer seminars, and customer training programs.
Manage communication with new/existing accounts with programs such as on social media (Linkedln/Wechat), with print materials, videos, etc.
Provide a weekly/monthly report of the key account related target market segments, on competitor info, sales development, activities, etc.

RequirementsBachelor degree or above with mechanical related background.
At least 3 years working experience in the field of sales related / account management role.
Strong language expression and communication skills. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills in English
Hands-on experience in conducting demonstration of powered hand tools advantageous.
Able to multi-task and manage, as well as initiate concurrent projects.
Prior work related experience in the field of engineering within the power plant, automotive, aviation, will be advantageous.
Team player, able to work well and closely with remote positions within the company (personnel based outside of office)
